All solar potential estimates, savings calculations, and quotes provided on this site are preliminary estimates based on satellite data and information you provide. Actual system performance, savings, and costs may vary based on site-specific conditions, changes in utility rates, and other factors. A final binding quote requires an on-site inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We Are Solar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
